            VITAMIN DEFICIENCY PROBLEMS
Many of the people face health problems due to vitamin deficiency in their body.
I have suffered for 2 years with kidney stones due to deficiency of VITAMIN D and finally got rid from my problem.Most commonly seen problem in humans is Eye sight due to VITAMIN A deficiency.HEART problem due to VITAMIN B6 deficiency.Lower in VITAMIN C causes the risk for CANCER problems.Internal bleeding,under developed facial features like nose,ears,chin is due to deficiency of VITAMIN K.It is mainly required for pragnant ladies.FOLIC ACID deficiency causes less in red blood cells and hemoglobin percentage.
     Many of the literates knows that all the health problems are due to vitamin and protien deficiency but no ones tries to take care of themselves and their neighbours.I suggest every one to take preventive measures as how i have taken for me and my family.Skippig the breakfast/lunch/dinner may not lead you to problems in a day/month but brings many deficiency problems later.
