Calcium Importance to body:
Calcium is the most essential thing for living organisms,human body ,in particular in cell physiology,where the movement of calcium ions Ca2+ ions into and out of the cytoplasm functions as many signals for many cellular process.It is used as a major mineralisation of bone,teeth and shells,calcium is the most abundant metal by mass in animals.The hear,nerves,blood clothing system also needs CALCIUM to work.

*Medications will be available for calcium deficiency,but they might be harmful if taken in higher dosage than the required amount.
*Intake of more amount of water will be a part to help you from declining the rate of Calcium deficiency.
