TENSION HEADACHE
Headache is the most commom problem faced by every human being.This is mainly due to stress over your mind with several thoughts and with other personals problems of you.It is not limited to only above teens but also seen in adults due to their small work fear.Females have twice tension headaches than males.
The perfect reason for tension headache is not known still but some many says that it is due to lack of sleep,strain on eyes,stress due to work tension.The pain with tension headache impacts the total head which start at back of head and above the eyebrows.This pain makes you feel that your head is enlarged like a rubber band and left suddenly for many times.A small disturbance like sound of fan can also make you irritate much.This tension headache starts from a time of minutes to and lasts for hours.
The tension headaches are based on patient reported history of the headache and physical work.As the tension headache in physical examiners are quite common and additional care of ct scan and any scans were not necessary.This is due to insufficient oxygen and blood to head.Many of them suffer early morning head ache and it may last after 2 or 3 days.

*Drink more water which helps in lessening your tension headaches.
*sleep everyday for about 6-8hours night only but not during day time because sleeping in daytime for 1hour us equal to 4 hours at night.sleeping in eneven times brings you headache.
